For over 10 years, The Willow Room, an upscale venue, located in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania has had the honor of hosting memorable and extraordinary events. We are much more than just an event venue. More importantly, we a part of your story. You are the guest, your dreams and your visions inspire us. If our walls could talk, the stories they could tell would be endless. Our ballroom shines brightest when it’s full of love, full of joy, full of people coming together to celebrate the important milestones in their lives. No matter what event you’d like to celebrate, we want to share it with you. Intimate family dinners, weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, proms and school functions, class and family reunions, sports banquets, graduation and birthday parties, memorial luncheons, corporate events and training, the list goes on and on. With a large ballroom that can be split into three sections, we can accommodate a small party of 20, or a corporate retreat for 400. Just a sampling of our amenities include advanced multi-media capabilities and projection screens, Wi-Fi, crystal chandeliers and specialty lighting, panoramic windows, and light filtering and darkening blinds. We also work with a team of preferred vendors that offer other additional enhancements in a variety of sectors. Our menus and packages are made to fit any style and budget, and you can customize and build on them as you see fit. With an in-house Executive Chef, and full kitchen staff, your meals will be expertly prepared and exquisitely showcased. We also have on staff a general manager, a sales manager, and a banquet manager, along with dedicated servers and bartenders, that will all work together to make sure your dream event is a reality.
